The 92nd Annual Farm Agents Golf Outing & Annual Meeting is the fun summer event for those in the Illinois crop, farm & ag industry to come together for networking, education, golf and an industry specific tradeshow. This event draws over 100 agents from throughout Illinois to have fun with peers, network, obtain three hours of IL CE credit, and participate in the FAC Annual Meeting.
The Golf Outing will be held at Prairie Vista Golf Course, 502 W. Hamilton Rd., Bloomington, IL. The golf outing is limited to agents/companies registered for the Annual Meeting. Golf registration is in addition to the Annual Meeting registration. Golf format will be a scramble, with a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Registrations for golf must be received by June 3. If you do not have a foursome, you will be assigned one.
Risk Management: "Go Deep" (3 hours of IL CE)
Presented by: Chris Barron
Presentations from the event:
Session 1 - Communication
Session 2 - Building a Successful Sales Agency
Session 3 - Go Deep in the Numbers
Chris will present several key factors for insurance agents to consider from a farmer’s perspective. He will provide a unique perspective on the importance of communication for ourselves personally as well as our interactions with associates, employees, and our customers. He will also shed light on managing your time. Do you fully understand your individual capacity to ensure that you provide the best service to meet your customer’s true needs? Finally, he will discuss the importance of “going deep” with your customers to understand the WHY behind their decisions. Are you “walking in your customer's shoes” and fully understanding the number's driving their decisions?
