The Independent Farm Insurance Agents of Illinois work to promote the common interests of the independent farm insurance agents of Illinois by improving the business conditions for the members and offering educational programs covering topics of common interest to the membership. The organization also works to establish and encourage communication among the members on all matters related to the farm insurance industry.

Every day, the IFIAI helps enhance the working environment for Illinois' Independent farm insurance agents and the companies who support them. We work to:

• Promote the common interests of Illinois' independent farm insurance agents
• Represent members on legislative issues
• Assist agents with legal complaints via the Legal Advocacy Fund
• Support agents' continuing education through timely, useful programs
• Encourage communication among members on industry issues
• Team up with the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois to address issues of mutual concern
