Agreement with Auto-Glass Center

Your Farm Agents Board of Directors has reached an agreement with Auto-Glass Center to offer an opportunity to raise money for our organization's Agents Advocacy Fund.  Your Board has not endorsed Auto-Glass Center but has simply agreed to offer their simplified auto glass claim fax form.  If you, our member agents, utilize this program Auto-Glass Center will donate $10 for each fax form they recieve to our Agents Advocacy Fund.

FEDERAL CROP INSURANCE REBATING

JAY JOHNSON STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER

We have received a copy of the Stipulation and Consent Order from the State of Illinois Department of Financial Regulation Division of Insurance concerning Federal Crop Insurance.   Jay Johnson is associated with Johnson Grain of Waverly, Illinois.   Simply click on the above to read the order.  

First Farm Credit Patronage Program

We still have no firm news to report on the First Farm Credit hearing concerning the denial of their "Patronage Program."     Final arguments were presented to the hearing officer in mid-September with a final disposition expected at any time.     We will work to keep   our members   informed of upcoming details concerning this item and hope to have the final results to present to you soon.
